They are so alike yet very different at the same time. Max is full of smiles and happy loud noises. Ellie Rose is full of smiles and loud noises as well, except her noises tend to come out as screaming much of the time. She can't talk yet, so screaming is how she communicates EVERYTHING! When she's happy, she screams. When she's upset, she screams. We are very ready for her to learn some words.:) They both love music, singing, and dancing. Right now their favorite song is "Father Abraham." Max LOVES baseball and anything that has anything to do with a ball. He also loves playing the drums. We don't have a drum set due to living in an apartment, but that doesn't stop him! As long as he has his drum sticks, he'll drum on anything mommy will let him.:) Ellie Rose loves her little puppy dog. It's a plastic puppy that is attached to a string that she pulls around with her where ever she goes. She REALLY loves dancing to music. Spinning in circles is her favorite dance move.:) We have so much fun watching them grow and change! They teach us so much, and we are so thankful for them!
Want to Get Our Monthly Newsletter?
We send out a monthly newsletter via mail (not email) to update friends and family on our ministry here in Vancouver. It contains much more information about our ministry than our blog does. If you wish to receive one each month, please email us at grisham.vancouver@gmail.com , let us know your mailing address, and we'd be so happy to add you to our mailing list!
Scott & I are in our 7th year of marriage, and have the best time together! We have been referred to as "Lucy & Ricky" from the "I Love Lucy" show........... on more than one occasion. Ha! I'm not quite sure what that means, but we do tend to crack people up with our silly banter. We have a three year old son, Max and a one year old daughter, Ellie Rose. We are so thankful that the Lord has loaned them to us during this time here on earth. They are both so full of life and keep us very busy! We couldn't love it more!! We have moved from Mississippi to downtown Vancouver, British Columbia to help plant The Crossings (a new and upcoming church in the heart of Vancouver). Although we miss our family and friends tremendously, we are loving life here in Vancouver and are so thankful to the Lord for all He has done and is doing in our lives!
