"All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go!!!"

Only 4 more days to go! I'm being induced on Wednesday, October 21st!

Max & The Rain

We had been on a little shopping spree with Nonna (my mama) last weekend and after getting back to the house, Max really wanted to run out and play in the rain. I thought he had well deserved it.:)

Ellie Rose's Room is Ready!

Well, we finally bit the bullet and moved Max to his new room upstairs. Praise the Lord, he loves it! We've now gotten Ellie Rose's room ready downstairs, but please forgive the room still being blue.:) Due to our house being on the market, we saw no need in painting it pink right now. I tried to make it all work.:)

Max & Sesame Street Live!

We were given 3 tickets, by a sweet friend who could not go, to see Sesame Street Live. Max LOVED it! His two favorite characters were Elmo (no surprise there) and Abby (the pink fairy), hahaha! Every time Abby or Elmo left the stage, Max started hollering their names. It was great!:)

First Trip to Vancouver!

Above are some pictures from our day in Whistler (about an hour and a half from downtown Vancouver). Included are also some pictures of the Olympic runs for the ski jump and the bob sled races.

We loved our first trip to Vancouver, British Columbia! The realization of actually moving there and leaving family and friends was very emotional for me, but God continued to overwhelm us both with confirmation through His word and circumstances that this was exactly where He wanted us. On the second morning of our trip, I opened my Bible to read it and fell across this verse. "I tell you the truth," Jesus said to them, "no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come, eternal life." Luke 18:29-30. Wow! I just sat there and cried. God was so faithful to give me just what I needed to get me through the tough moments of leaving our loved ones.

Selling the House!
